Commissions

My waiting list for bespoke commissions is filling up fast - I'm fully booked for the rest of 2025, and have limited availability in 2026. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss a project!

Each commission is priced individually based on the level of detail within the building and therefore level of complexity and hours required. Send me a photo of the building you'd like me to paint (a screenshot from Google Street View is absolutely fine as a starting point), then I will be able to gauge the complexity and give you a no-obligation quote.

Reference Photos

I will require reference photos to work from when sketching up your pencil draft, and then completing the final piece. A square-on photo of the whole building tends to work best, plus some close-ups showing any details that are useful for me to see, i.e. the front door, objects you'd like me to include, interesting window details, fancy brick patterns.

Please note: I am happy to include cats/dogs but these are an additional cost.

Timescale

From pencil sketch to finished piece, it is best to allow at least 4-6 weeks (although I will of course always try my best to complete the commission as quickly as possible). My waiting list does book up months in advance though, so it's best to get the ball rolling as early as possible to avoid disappointment!

If the painting is to be a gift for someone, please do let me know any important dates so that I can check my current workload and make sure the timing is feasible. ​

Payment

If you are happy to proceed I will email over an invoice, providing my BACS details for payment. I kindly ask that you pay 50% deposit to secure your spot in my waiting list, with the balance to be paid upon approval of the pencil draft/before I start work on the final piece.
