SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping times for the UK take around 3 to 5 working days, for items that are in-stock.

Some items are made-to-order on a pre-order basis, so will have longer lead times. Please read the item description carefully before ordering.

Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track the progress of your package.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, before you complete your purchase.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Free Collection for local customers:
You are very welcome to collect orders in person, from me, at my home address in Headbourne Worthy, Winchester. At the checkout you can opt for 'Free Collection' to avoid postage charges. Email me (ehollowaydesign@gmail.com) after placing your order to arrange a suitable time to collect.
Please note I am not a shop, and may have plans arranged prior to your order that mean I'm not at home all day every day, so feel free to double check my availability before placing an order, if you are in a hurry!

A note to International customers:
At this time, I am only able to ship orders to mainland UK (England, Scotland and Wales).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you can request a replacement by contacting ehollowaydesign@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number along with supporting photos that clearly show the damage or the incorrect item received.

Every product is specially made to order for you, therefore we are unable to offer exchanges and returns. Please be sure to read the description and any size information provided carefully before ordering.
